In light of a recent Daily Telegraph article written by one of their correspondents Mr Wilson, one of our customers felt the need to reply. Mr Wilson, along with another disgruntled customer was left bemused after having a photovoltaic solar energy installed only to wait 7 months for it to actually work due to the national lack of availability of one of the key parts – the inverters.
The inverter changes the electricity produced from DC to AC current making it compatible with the national grid and allowing it to power your home.
One of our customers – Mr Gurley wrote to the Telegraph to set the record straight that it is not a national problem.
“Dear Sir, I am sorry that your correspondent does not have an inverter installed. I guess I am lucky, as my photovoltaic panels were fitted on the 18th May by the Bournemouth company Solar Fusion and I have so far generated 267Kw. My new hobby is to go and look at the meter clocking up the money that is being generated!
Yours sincerely,
Paul Gurley”
There is a limited supply of inverters which are all going to long established solar photovoltaic companies rather than newly formed businesses which is further highlighted by our latest delivery taking our stock levels to over 200 inverters.
All of our customers have peace of mind that their solar systems will be working and generating electricity the same day as it is installed.
